FREE PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOTS READY WOMEN VETERANS FOR THEIR NEXT UNIFORM

Final Salute Inc's Next Uniform Heads to Orlando

... I didn't think about the significant role my image would play as I transitioned into the workforce. A LinkedIn recruiter told me to change my profile photo to reflect the potential employee.”
— Maj. Jas Boothe, Founder and President, Final Salute Inc.

ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, March 8, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Image isn't everything, but it matters in the workplace. With the success of LinkedIn and other online career sites, applicants need much more than a strong résumé to catch a recruiter's eye-they need the total package. An expertly shot profile photo works far in advance of an interview to establish a candidate's professional image, so Next Uniform, a program of Final Salute Inc., will be at the Orlando Photography Studio on March 31, 2018 from 9:00am-2:00pm, to help military women and women veterans make great first impressions, thanks to a generous grant from the Florida American Legion Auxiliary.

"I left active duty in 2013 and although the military ensured I was resume ready, I didn't think about the significant role my image would play as I transitioned into the civilian workforce. A recruiter on LinkedIn told me to change my profile photo to reflect the potential employee, not Major Boothe." Jas Boothe, former Army Major, President and Founder, Final Salute Inc.

All participants will be entered for a drawing to win either $100, $250 or $500 gift cards towards the purchase of professional clothing!

Attendees must come camera ready in professional business attire for this event. For more information and to register for Next Uniform Orlando, go to https://nextuniform.eventbrite.com.
